Data collected on the basis of consent

Collected data is the exclusive property of the Organization. Upon request and expression of consent, we collect the data to provide services to you. Your data is not used for any other purposes or shared with third parties without your written consent. It is removed upon your Organization’s withdrawal of consent or termination theses services in accordance with the SaaS license agreement. This application does not collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or Personal Health Information (PHI) of patients. We do collect name information for security roles in assigning access. All data is secured in transit and at rest per National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines.

Security

This application does not collect Personal Identifable Information (PII) or Personal Health Information (PHI) of patients. We do collect name information for security roles in assigning access. All data is secured in transit and at rest per National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines. However, using the technical and organizational tools and processes at our disposal security of information transmitted through the internet can never be guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password or other form of authentication involved in accessing password-protected or secured resources as well as complying with your Organization’s security policies.
